EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

Our greatest commitment is your complete satisfaction. If you selected your product from our online store but found a manufacturing defect upon receiving it, we guarantee your right to exchange or return it as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code within 7 days of receipt. Please note that the first step for an exchange or return is to notify our Customer Service Centre via email at contact@aboutsneakers.com. Our team will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange or return of the product.

Once we receive the package, we will conduct an analysis to confirm that it meets the return conditions. After confirmation, our customer service team will contact you, and you may choose between:

  1. Exchanging for any product available in our stock.
  2. Receiving a refund for the amount spent on the products.

BOTH RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE RETURN, AND PERSONALISED TRAINERS WITH CUSTOM NAMES AND NUMBERS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED (EXCEPT IN CASE OF DISTRIBUTOR ERROR).
